How do you get service

For companies looking for security services
By adopting the following method, a dependent body can integrate Ansar (armed / unarmed) for the safety of their organization.
 (1) Application: A prospective organization will fill the specified application table in the District Commandant's office and attach to their official letter head pad and submit the request letter to the Ansar member of the District Commandant's office.
(1-A) Essential attachments with the application form are as follows
• Marking places on mouza map.
• Detailed area of ​​land mentioned above on the mouza map, land, deployment and responsibility for full area details.
• Assessing the responsibilities and responsibilities of Ansar members.
• Land office certification letter (related to ownership).
• Take a pledge of a non-judicial stamp of Rs. 300 / - (three hundred).
Trade related business and business related documents - in the commercial field.
• The certified version of the land's original document, paycheck, rent / land development tax receipt etc.

(1-B) Departmental inspection:
In order to verify the accuracy of the information mentioned in the application form by the Ansar prospectus or organization, and to ensure that Ansar can be incorporated in the proposed place, concerned Upazila / Police Inspector-VDP Officer will submit the report along with the District Commandant. Later, Assistant District Commandant visited the designated establishment in the light of the order of the Ansar and Village Defense Forces Headquarters's Memorial No-OPA / KPI / 890 (3) / 401 / Ans, dated 03/04/2011.
In order to deploy the Ansar to the organization, after giving positive feedback on the inspection by the Upazila / Thana Ansar-VDP Officer and Assistant District Commandant, the Director of Ranges, Dhaka, has been approved for the operation of the headquarters office.
(1-C) final settlement
In the light of the approval of the Operation Branch of the headquarters, the District Commandant ordered the deployment of Ansar to the hoping agency.
(1-d) of the organization:
After the decision to incorporate Ansar into an organization, the company has to deposit 3 months salary of the Ansar for the salary of the Ansar, in advance, by cash in advance / bank draft in the District Commandant's office. Besides, regular monthly payments are payable. Two festive bonuses are to be paid to the Ansar Ansal, each year at a fixed rate.
(1-e) 20% and 15% affiliate
The Ansar hoping agency will provide 20% of daily allowance for each and every member of the Ansar member and 15% (in case of unarmed camps) in the case of the district commandant.
 (1-f) Aging period:
The prospecting agency will recruit Ansar for less than three months. If armed, at least 10 people and unarmed 06 people are included in the Ansar.
  
(2) Training related to:
(2A) Self-employment training:
In the following manner, selection and training of Ansar-VDP trainees are conducted from the District Office for self-employment training throughout the year:
• As per the training guidelines of the Ansar-VDP headquarters, the district commandant Ansar-VDP provides the quota for trainees of the Upazila / Thana Ansar-VDP officers concerned.
• According to the available quota, Upazila / Thana Ansar-VDP officials send pre-qualified trainees from Platoon members to the District Commandant through union leader and leader of the party.
• District Commandant sent the trainees to the concerned training center.
All the courses that are trained
• Computer Basic Course (Battalion Ansar, General Ansar and VDP member-member).
• Electrician Course (VDP member / Battalion Ansar / General Ansar).
• Driving training (VDP male and female).
• Auto mechanics training - VDP members.
• Refrigerators and air conditioning (with post servicing) training - VDP members.
• Electrical House Wearing Training - VDP member.
• Mobile phone servicing training - VDP members.
• Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Training - VDP Members.
• Weraldi 4G training - VDP members.
• Masonry and Rod Binding Training - VDP member.
• Construction painting training - VDP members.
• Tiles setting training - VDP members.
• Sewing fashion design training (Ansar members / VDP members).
• Garment training (VDP male and female)
• Refrigerator and air conditioner repair course (Battalion Ansar, VDP Male / General Ansar).
The above mentioned training may change (add / remove) according to the training guidelines per year.
** Note that the training of all the trainees in the training is carried out publicly. Apart from this, garments are also provided for training materials.
